Kabsa for dinner
-Large boiling pan
– Wooden spoon
– Aluminum foil
– 3 tbs. olive oil
– 1 diced onion
– 6 medium boneless and skinless chicken breasts or 1 small whole chicken
– 8 oz. tomato paste
– 3 tbs. salt
– 4 tbs. Arabic spice (a blend you can purchase at the supermarket)
– 7 cups water
– 3 1/2 cups Basmati rice
-Optional: Lemon wedges and parsley.
Heat a large boiling pan on high. Add olive oil and onion. Cover and allow the onion to cook until it is clear, stirring often.
Add the chicken to the pan, covering the bottom evenly. Add 1/2 cup of water. Cover and allow the chicken to cook all the way through
After the chicken is cooked, add the remaining 6 1/2 cups of water. Allow it to boil rapidly. Add the tomato paste, salt and Arabic spice. Taste. The mixture should be salty and spicy.
After spices are to your taste, add the rice. There is no need to wash the rice first. Cover with aluminum foil and cover. Turn stove to medium-low. Allow the mixture to cook until the rice is done, which should be about 20 minutes.
Empty into serving platter, putting the chicken on top. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley. Serve Kabsa in hot.

The name is Mike Geary, a Certified Nutrition Specialist, a Certified Personal Trainer and an Author. He authored the book for exercise programs titled “The Truth About Six Pack Abs” which was a big hit in health and fitness world.
Mike has a professional background, he has worked in the fitness industry for several years now and professionally, he’s a Certified Nutrition Specialist who holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the SusquehannaUniversity in Selingsgrove, Pennsylvania. He has a Certification as a personal trainer, specializing in body fat reduction strategies, functional strength building and power training.
This guy is obviously he dedicates his life to fitness and applying what he preaches by staying in shape with the same methods he shares to his readers.

Through his dedication and determination, he was able to share his abilities to many people around the world through his book. Of course, his book is not some shortcut or drink this and loss fat tomorrow type of book, you will have to put the effort into it, but once you commit the system, you will be able to keep the weight off for the long term. Personally, nothing can beats a healthy recipes, eating and proper nutrition to the success of weight loss and body building.

It’s been two months now since I bought Mike Geary’s book “The Thuth About Abs”, well, so far so good, i’m adopting his system quietly. The only thing is that the workouts mentioned on his book it’s killing me.(smile)
I think it’s normal for a guy whose 92 kilograms doing those exercises, yeah! i’m a bit overweight. Ive been doing workouts for the past 2 years but can’t see results for myself, I don’t know it could be my diet that’s why I can’t see some good results. I tried almost everything from diet pills to some nasty herbal diet teas and nothing happens.(smile) So, when a friend introduce this book to me I bought it right away.
Mike Geary system is good for those who determined to loss some fats and for those who love to pop-up their abs. The most important thing if your doing some body building or workout exercises is that you are consistent to do the hard work and very determined to reach your goal, even if you purchase this book and after you sleep then there’s no use.
Number 1 factor also is the poor eating hapits and lack of knowledge for proper nutrition, that is why some of the guys into fitness business never achieved their goal. Being healthy is the secretof everybody’s life. So start your healthy diet with good recipes no folks. Be strong, active and healthy!
